3. "Ahead slow" returned for 2/3 speed

1.3 works fine on my system. It fixed all the bugs that I was getting and has added many new features.

I especialy like the new dock yard animation. Pretty neat watching the dock hands grabing the lines and snugging the ship to the dock. Another couple great additions are the usable anchor and the radio call for assistance when out of fuel.

It must be a conflict with your Vista mouse and sound card drivers. Not something many people think to update. But has been known to cause crashes.
