excuse my noobness. but i've seen many mentions of this mysterious "bernard". who is this bernard? :hmm:

hes the guy we blame everything on that goes wrong like
blowing ballast in the harbor of gibraltar or while being hunted by a DD
all sorts of stupid stuff

Romelus, Bernard is in your boat. He drops spanners when silent running. He will fire torpedoes at wrong angles. He'll miss spotting that DD that will kill you. Anything that goes wrong is his fault. He also crashes into docks and turns the wrong way. :dead:
