U.S.S.Cyclops
This book is on my 'must have' list!
Written by Marvin W. Barrish and available through Amazon (So Neal can get a cut). At $156.00 it's the most money I'll have dropped for a single book but the info is stunning! There's also a thing on National Geographic channel comeing soon. :yeah: |
Looks interesting but the cost means I might wait for some used copies to start showing on Amazon.:hmmm:
|
The blueprints of the Cyclops alone make it worth buying for me.
Not to mention photos of the later years before it was lost. There were several modifications done that photos on the net don't show. I'm hopeing to have the cash monday to put my order in. :yep: That may depend on the truck I'm going to look at tomorrow. :hmmm: Edit..... OK. So I bought the truck. :nope: I'm still getting the book after seeing the check I got. :yeah: |
Waiting for the transfer of clams between banks just now.
Brought the truck home today and after midnite I can order this book! :D |
Money never sleeps, :O:
|
Nor will I until I get this book home!!
:haha: |
Book ordered through Subsim's Amazon link!
 I should get home about the time it arrives here!! (Off to another job doing a Banana Republic store in Wisconsin) |

Mr. Wife-kicks-behind
will be my new name soon! :har: |
Get a tag off something else saying $17.99 and put it on the book. :hmmm:
|
She looks at my bank stuff.
:nope: She caught me with a one nite, $100.00 bar bill, from the 5 week tour in Wisconsin. :haha: I had to tell her I had a Girl Friend up there. :03: :D |
Blame it on the aliens, :haha:
|
That didn't work.
:nope: :haha: |
But on the other hand, hitting $ 100 for five weeks in Wisconsin .... it gets peanuts explain this that you have done an upgrade on the computer's new laptop...could work :hmmm:
