Its no big deal, but this will change the roster for when boats are available. I am only saying this due to the posts re: new boats

EDIT: - oops I am wrong here - TheBeast mod does not change the roster file at all - sorry for any confusion

Re: airlayer
There is still a game bug where if airbases are within range of your dock - air raids will happen as you leave port. These air raids will cause ctd given enough time.:hmph:
To stop this I have had to keep the air attacks just out of range of the ports.
So this is not the airlayer that I wanted, but it will increase the air attacks on you at sea:dead:

Two quick noob questions please!

First. I installed OHII while in the middle of the default campaign. Didn't really have any problems until the second to last mission set where you choose between the monsoon group or staying to fight it out in Europe. I chose to stay and fight it out in Europe, however, I start in Indonesia (I think, my geography of southeast Asia is quite rusty) with the task of making it to Kiel in 24 hours for "live target practice". lol so, what's up with this?

Second. No biggy, I chose to start a new campaign anyways, starting over so I can get the full OHII experience. However... I noticed I will have to start with my crew having zero experience and zero promotion points. Are there any codes or anything to get the points I already earned in the previous missions? I use the No Magic Skills mode, so that disables quite a few of them, but how do you guys who have been playing SH for years handle starting over with a nUb crew every time you want to mess about in a campaign?
