It just gets better, the ABS sensor and a ball joint need replacing.

Ball joints are okay, abs sensors are relatively easy to change as long as it's not rusted on but they can be quite pricey. I had to go genuine on one of my old cars, as the ones from ECP..etc didn't match. The price was £175 (Just for the part), for a tiny little sensor :k_confused:

The sensor was just short of £33 so the purchase and fitting of that and the ball joint came to a total of £90

Battening down the hatches for the next 48 hours has the morons hit the streets blind drunk, throwing up and peeing every where as they welcome in 2018. :x

Today we drove to Goettingen, invitation for a brunch. Stopped on a parking place for tea, trying to get back on the road the starter refused to work. Got the car push-started with a friendly polish lorry driver, and drove on. Checked cables and relays in Goettingen with a friend, only to realize the electric starter was indeed dead.
Maybe there is some planned obsolescence, that makes the car fall apart altogether within days? :hmmm:

Hey once you are well over 45 its a well known fact the body throws in the towel. One day you wake up look in the mirror and go screaming into the night.

Hey where is this 80mph wind and rain today? Once again the Met gets it wrong. Relaxing today listening to podcasts and drinking coke zero. :)

I'm still battling my way through Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter where, despite having a team of three other guys to put in harms way, the enemies are all still shooting at me :wah:

Daughter and her husband have just invited themselves around so the evening could yet turn out to be eventful.

10 minutes into 2018 and I'm angry at these dipsticks setting off fireworks.

Its dead around here, must be due to these plonkers getting tanked up last night. I expect some life in a few hours time. Can't wait to get back to work.

A great night seeing the new year in, just the wife, daughter and her husbamd.

Would have been even better had my boy not been in the Phillipines but he did have the presence of mind to Facetime us.
