My dear friends in the city, as you can see I have started to give these filthy low life scrounging plebs a hard time by cutting their benefits, I can say next year I will inflict more pain on these slobs who are still in bed at 5 am in the morning, while you my friends have to go out in filthy cold weather lashing down with rain to work.

Next year, all the unemployed will be forced to work in sweat shops 16 hours a day with no breaks and work until they die. Memo urges Lib Dems to criticise Tories
