I haven't missed any notices, all I've gotten was one courier with a letter from the Jarl of Falkreath offering to make me a Thane and sell me some land out by the lake.

Anyhoo I'm sure I will get a call from my brother in law before I get any "official" notice from Lowe's, since he works in Receiving and will likely be unloading the thing off the truck himself. And if not he still checks on the order status every day - that's how I know it shipped from the manufacturer.

Your brother-in-law may well be in cahoots with family me thinks :)

The BiL called this morning and says the status of my order has been updated, he thinks they will receive it today or tomorrow. If they do I don't know if I'll be able to get it delivered this weekend or not, I don't know how their scheduling works... altho' originally it was scheduled to come in on a Friday and be delivered the following day, so we'll see what happens. I think they may do deliveries on Sunday so perhaps that's a possibility. At this point I'll be happy if they just GET IT IN THE STORE so a delivery can be arranged at some point.

Other things on the To Do list, I need to get some things to stick on the walls in the master BR and living room for the holes to run the new cable line through, and I need to measure the distance involved so I can actually get the cable. :O:

Got a piece of plywood I need to cut to size to make an extra shelf for one of my kitchen cupboards... and also need to put something in the cupboard to hold it up, fortunately I've saved every "shelf peg" from every bookshelf I've ever had and since it's a small shelf that will only need to hold some cups I think I can get buy with four of those. Just need to figure out where the holes for them should go.

Also need to get some paint for the back wall of the office, I've pretty much decided that I'm not going to paint the rest of the walls in there as eventually there will be bookshelves and other storage things pretty much all the way around, so why bother? OTOH there may be some spots that need to be patched and painted over, so I dunno.

Still trying to figure out what to do about getting some power outlets on that kitchen peninsula. :hmmm:
