Good to know that it works for you, but be aware that you also must have a modlist with Open Horizons II v.2.5 and TDW NewUIs 7_5_0 installed, although: only using the 'Campaign.cfg' files from the mod to advance in the campaign (like I said above) should work everywhere, with any mods.


Also if you run the mod The Wolfes of Steel you DONT' NEED this mod, and should not install any extra mods.

I am along time player of Silent Hunter 3 with GWX. I am looking to purchase Silent Hunter 5 plus the latest Wolves of Steel mod. Could someone guide me to where I can obtain these programs.

Currently SH5 can be bought on Steam for $3.99. When you buy it you get a game key that you must use in U-Play where you make an account with password, with this account you can start, update and play the game.
After you have updated the game to 1.2.0, you can download and install TWoS, it's in the SH5 mod section here in Subsim , first thread.

Amazon Uk is currently offering a German CD version for £11.75
This German Green Pepper version gives SH3-4-5 on a CD- Rom.
Although SH5 is not shown on the cover as the Gold Edition this should not matter as Uplay will update this anyway with version v1.2.0


Also you can get the SH5 Gold Edition (PC Code -Uplay as a download for £8.33

Hi This is just to say that thanks to this Thread I have just got Silent Hunter 5 working on my system which is running on windows 10. A lot of trial and error but now its working. Now lets try to Mod it.
