At this juncture, I think it prudent to point out that, barring action from any moderator or owner to close and/or lock this thread, each and every post to follow this post, acknowledges by the act of posting, the following:
This poster (identified herein as "Growler", and hereafter referred to as "The Winner") exclusively reserves any and all rights of revision, cancellation, nullification, and/or obsolescence related to the clauses contained within this post, to wit -
1. This post - and only this post - wins the thread, as no other post has stated such a claim without protecting against any and all rights of revision and/or cancellation;
1a. As no other post existing at the time of this posting protects against such retroactive nullification, The Winner exercises the Right of Nullification, stating for the record, "Nani nani boo-boo, I win, you lose" and further asserts that all other such "I win" posts are, and forever ought to be, null, void, and irrevocably dissolved;
2. This post may not be superseded by any other post;
2a. This post may not be invalidated ex post facto by any means, such as via succeeding posts that attempting to invalidate the claims of this post;
2b. Editing of prior posts with the intent of retroactively invalidating this post constitutes the post editor's acknowledgement of losing this game, and The Game, in perpetuity, and such edits are prohibited from effecting any claim or clause of this post since any such edits are invalid per Sec 2.
2c. Posts in other threads, on other boards, or written by hand on any material, living or dead, are also null and void in any context in which such a post may attempt to invalidate this post;
Postings following this one acknowledge receipt and acceptance of these rules, claims, and clauses, and further acknowledge by their posting that Growler is, in perpetuity, The Winner.:arrgh!:
