I Have To Comment On This -- Sorry ....

iOS7 will likely go live in October. This, after apologizing for the constant delays & making an ironlad promise that "WOTA Lite" would be released in February at the latest. That's what I wanted to say, but I bit my tounge because I'm not supposed to be here. So this message doesn't exist. And all of you can naysay me all you want: I AM ABSOLUTELY N-O-T "ATTACKING" THIS GUY. For the reason I stated earlier. So I'm tired of saying the same simple thing over & over just for the sake of the few poor unfortunates that can't -- or choose not to -- read a simple English declarative sentence. But I'll tell you what, V-I-C, y'know what I'm gonna do for you? I'm gonna absolutely make it worth your while .... I will bet you, via PayPal escrow, $1000 [eine tausend] that WOTA -- in whatever form -- will not be released in 2013. If WOTA -- in whatever form -- isn't released in 2013, you don't have to give me one rot pfennig. Not a one. Just give me an App Store redemption code for a free copy of the game. How's that sound? See? You can make a fool outta me in front of the entirety of SubSim and put a few scheckles in your pocket all at the same time! What's not to like? I mean, it sounds like a win/win to me. So do we have a deal? |

Hey V-I-C sorry if this is covered elsewhere but do you have any interior shot updates ? I really liked the light test but would love to see more if you have it

Quick Question
Quote:
Will you, or -- seeing as how you're Berlin [my favorite city dem welt ....] -- a representative be having any kind of presence at all at E3 2013? I ask because what with the absolute dearth of World War II naval sims in the App Store, surely "Wolves Of The Atlantic" would draw all sorts of free publicity towards it. What say you? |

"Single developer" means almost all of my budget is for room & food. I'm really really happy when I can pay my bills. |

Also, why haven't I seen your Stage 1 presentation at E3? I expected to see you sometime between Sony and UbiSoft. :O: |

Gameplay Style
A gameplay question just occured to me ....
You know the masterpiece that is "Silent Hunter V", right? Will WOTA gameplay be similar to that? What I mean by that is, will there be a narrative with free roaming about the enviornment & within the entirety of the boot itself -- with the actual simming just being a part of the story? Will the skipper have a relateable identity as a protaganist? Or will it be more like, say, "Aces Of The Deep" -- where it's a pure sim with the user just accessing different station screens -- pushing buttons, throwing switches, issuing & recieving orders, reading & writing reports, etc.? Or will gameplay be something in between SHV & AOTD, or something different altogether? Will the player be the skipper or a member of the crew, or an "omnipresent overlord", if you will, responsible for everything? I guess what I'm asking is, how will a player interact with WOTA overall? |
