Tory, Conservative, Labour or Liberal, UKIP none of it matters. I don't remember how I found this article but I wish I never read it. :haha:

That's fine. As long as trainee politicians start off as sewer workers before they start talking poop.

US politicians should start out the same way, or they should clean barns first. Especially with all the manure they spread over here!

So the econonmy is still in recession but has not slipped further in yet. I choose to say recession as we have not come out the second one yet, why is this goverment borrowing £2 billion a week? Answer to prop up a system that has failed and going down the drain.

Toff boy you are bloody hypocrite after spending 10 million on certain funeral

Well toff boy this is what is going to happen

Tories to lose 100s of councillors
Bottom wipers to lose 100s of councillors

Labour to gain 100s of councillors
UKip to gain quite a lot of councillors.

Just a note in the interest of balance, 3.6 million is the published figure, quite a bit lower than the headline grabbing figures bandied about.

Thats the figure what the Tories are telling us!!! Just another Tory lie and anyway 3.6 is 3.6 too much anyway.

And whats the chances of toff boy keeping his word :hmmm:

Jimbuna 04-27-13 03:26 AM

As long as he can't afford to do any other.

I don't foresee any election surprises in my home town.

Quote:

It has been a Labour seat since 1935, but challengers are hoping to pull off a shock result in South Shields.
Voters are choosing a successor to David Miliband after the former Foreign Secretary stepped down from the seat last month.
People in the town have returned a Labour MP for the past 19 general elections, most recently with a majority of 11,000.

^^^
William Hill odds
Labour 1\33
UKip 10\1
Tory 50\1
LibDums 200\1

I would put my mortgage (if I hadn't paid it off) on Labour holding that seat :yep:

Jimbuna 04-28-13 04:01 PM

A gambling man would probably put 33k on the day before voting and pick up 34k the following day :hmmm:

Tribesman 04-28-13 04:21 PM

I see Ken Clark is saying UKIP is made up of fruitcakes and lunatics with no real policies and a xenophobic streak....he wants to know why they are not supporting his party.

Jimbuna 04-28-13 05:45 PM

Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black.

STEED 04-30-13 07:07 AM

I don't follow polls but if you do the Tory scum have clawed back 10%. Once again the big question on peoples mind, I'm fed up with the coaltion and Tories most part but Ed Milliband for PM?

The 2015 elections will be interesting but I have a bad feeling of the result will be.
