Yes, that is exactly what will happen, whatever leftist or loony rightist or rabid media will publish. You completely misunderstand what Un said, or better you are delusional because you hear what you want to hear.
Good article (though not Trump's echo chamber Fox news):

North Korea appears to be building new ballistic missiles despite recent warming ties with the Trump administration and pledges to denuclearise, reports say.

Unnamed US officials told the Washington Post that spy satellites had spotted continuing activity at a site that has produced ballistic missiles.

But...but...but...

Unca Donald said the Big Bad Kim was not a threat anymore and we could all "sleep well":

Before taking office people were assuming that we were going to War with North Korea. President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most dangerous problem. No longer - sleep well tonight!

I guess liars never think that other people will lie to them?

vienna 07-31-18 05:31 PM

I don't know about that. Trump seems to be under the impression two wrongs always make a right...

On a more positive note...but there's that 'US official' again.

North Korea has returned 55 boxes believed to contain the remains of US troops killed during the Korean War, but included just one military identification tag, US officials say.

Knowing Mr. Trump is a bit openminded and like to Tweet

I have the feeling, that we in a near future will see a tweet where Mr. Trump write things like

"(Nickname for KJU) have shown his real face, he can't be trusted. Have given my generals/officer order to prepare for a preemptive strike against North Korea"

I myself hope not

If he does, it will depend on how much more his poll numbers will slide and/or how close Mueller is getting to Trump's doorstep...

I think that is a decent thing for the DPRK to do. :salute:

Well yeah,a US official but a real and identifiable one as opposed to the phantoms so often quoted by the leftist media:

As long as DPRK's security situation is not fixed, they would proceed with nuclear weapons and their delivery systems.

I thought NK was suppose to go broke by October?

The first thought that came to mind is that Kim Jong-un knows very well that land based ICBM's are a waste of time and money. NK has plenty of mobile launchers that can be hidden in barns at night, plus by 2021 NK will have a diesel submarine capable of launching a nuclear tipped missile. Sure NK can't test one, but guess which friendly country to NK can test one?

Iran in exchange for how to build a nuclear weapon.

Kim Jong-un’s promise that North Korea will destroy its primary nuclear testing site in exchange for concessions from the U.S. has brought Washington back to the negotiating table. Following Kim’s summit with South Korea president Moon Jae-in, where President Trump said “tremendous progress” was made, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said negotiations with Pyongyang are back on.

“On the basis of these important commitments, the United States is prepared to engage immediately in negotiations,” Pompeo said in a statement. He also set a January 2021 deadline for North Korea’s denuclearization.

NK has been saying trust us ... how can we trust them without verification?

SEOUL, South Korea -- A top South Korean official told lawmakers that North Korea is estimated to have up to 60 nuclear weapons, in Seoul's first public comment about the size of the North's secrecy-clouded weapons arsenal. Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon told parliament Monday the estimates on the size of North Korea's nuclear arsenal range from 20 bombs to as many as 60.
