I'll comment with hopefully a little more confidence in the new year :03:

It's looks like TOON's are doing everything getting back to the top again
As I wrote some pages back-I would let TOON stay where they are and build a strong team. Instead of advance to the top and then fall back again after only 1 or 2 years. Markus |
The team they have this season are not Premiership material (in the main) Markus but more of a hopefully 'quick fix' squad.
If the TOON manage to gain promotion a lot of buying and selling will be necessary. |
QPR-Newcastle 0-6 :o:up:
Got the news some minutes ago. Markus |
Aye 6-0 for the TOON but perhaps more importantly, Brighton beat Huddersfield 1-0.

The Scum have been thrashed 3-1 by Watford, hundreds of millions spent by United's cheque book managers and they've still gone and lost their last 3 games. :har:

Poor Mourinho :)

I happen to like Mourhino. Can't say the same about his dirty rotten club of course. I take perverse pleasure in watching United fail. And the more it happens the better I feel. It's cathartic, innit?
But the man fixes blame everywhere but on himself. He's lost the plot a bit in the past few seasons, and sometimes he just has to admit he's got it wrong. United are unbalanced. And they've been that way for years now, even in Ferguson's final title winning season. Now how could a poor team win a title you might ask. Fair one I'd say, but that most infuriating season saw United scrape by, seemingly coming back in Fergie Time to nick the 3 points in every game. Sour grapes perhaps. But this team is out of balance and they need to recruit top players all over the pitch, not just in the final third. I hope they continue to sign expensive attacking stars and rely on the likes of Rojo, Valencia and Smalling at the back. Once De Gea gets sick of it all they'll really be in a spot. though I will say that Eric Bailly looks the goods, a proper center half. This team lacks width, creativity and some sort of cohesive plan. On a brighter note, anyone catch the Liverpool match? What a rampant and fragile looking outfit they are. Irrepressible one moment, looking ready to cave in the next. So of course I suppose the fine win at the Bridge will be followed by a thrashing at home to Hull. That's LFC in a nutshell. If they can somehow find some resilience and consisitency, a backbone if you like, they could be a surprise package this year. Kiss of death, that is. Optimism will not be tolerated. |
TOON play Wolves again tonight at home in the EFL.
Can we exact revenge for Saturdays defeat in the championship? http://i.imgur.com/EUA3iVX.jpg |
Not much time left and TOON are currently 2-0 up so revenge is certainly on the cards.

Next round: TOON at home to Preston, Mackems away to Southampton and tie of the round has to be Man Utd home to Man City.

Not happy with the pile of money already amassed, always looking for more.
I doubt he's the only one either. Quote:

Well he made the choice, and I won't paint him as a victim, but I'd wager this is the small-time. There are much bigger fish to fry, as they say. Sure, England manager and all, so it's rather shocking and newsworthy. But as far as corruption in football goes this is nothing. And frankly, this 'looks' worse than it really is. But as England manager you need to keep it clean. He is stupid and greedy, but not a criminal (well at least in regards to this case).
But after lobbying so hard for so long for the post, he's just dumb for not walking the other way. |
