Just by having a large monitor. Mines a 24 inch monitor with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels.
I take all my screen shot with Steam and leave them as, so there's no image compression on any of my screenshots.

I have 23 inch monitor also in 1920 by 1080, is there any other way to screenshot in high res. without Steam? Some of us don't have money to pay full games :D

Ctrl F11 will take screenshots for you without any problems. They'll be BMP images but you can save them as JPEG picture in paint and they'll still look as good. These will be inside your SH3 directory.

Not sure if this is a part of the game or if it's a Ahnenerbe WideGui function but turning on numlock and pressing the numlock delete will hide the UI.
As for uploading your image, Imgur is the best place to go to.
