Seems like there are a few people on this thread that did not either read the bottom line of the #1 post or just have no respect. :hmm:

Australian? According to the ENGLISH dictionary, it's American, and dates back 70 years.

How about this one where the officers row away in a half empty boat while the rest of the crew is left stranded on the fantail. :yep:

Hey, thanks for the awesome photos and commentary. I laughed my ass off at that last one!

Elder-Pirate 03-19-07 05:16 PM

For post #152, no patch needed there as that is part of their history.........sadly.

GoldenEagle8 03-19-07 05:37 PM

Hi, I was wondering, could someone post some up close pics of the holes in the ship?
Thanks.

(my fist post, yay!:D)

Sounds like an expert opinion to me if you can tell the difference between 13 feet and 15 feet! :smug:

BTW, DUDES! Where are the screenies???!!! C'mon! Y'all can do better than this!

It's bad enough we still have to wait for days after paying for overnight shipping, blah, blah, blah, but throw us a bone! :D

Thanks,
Mylander

Apparently you didnt read the rest of the thread before enlightening us with your comment. The discussion was the difference between feet and meters, not 13 ' or 15 '.

Actually Payoff, I did read the rest of this thread, the topic of which is "screenshots and videos", not "units of depth measurement", or "Bugs and fixes", or "Imperial or metric - Which is better?" which are properly addressed elsewhere.:hmm:

Be that as it may, my point was that the debate was 13 meters vs. 13 feet. Imperial versus Metric units. An apparent bug in the sim. 13 'meters' is the figure in the text box as reported by the crew. You then threw out the figure 15? feet, which I hope you will allow me "muddied the waters" somewhat.:yep: (pun intended). For this, I administered a well-deserved ribbing, (in good humor, I might add) as your post does seem to suggest that you can tell the difference between 13' and 15' even though that was clearly (another pun) not your intent.

All the same, I'll be sure to check with you next time before "enlightening anyone with my comments". :shifty:

A thick skin goes a long way on these fora.

Peace out,

I was wondering about that, I figured it was a little nod to Da Man (tm) but wasn't sure.

Has anyone found Mt Fuji or the volcanoes of rabaul?

AWESOME MOVIE!!!!

Better than anything UBI put out. Drool soaks the carpet and runs down the front porch.

<edited by Drebbel: Please do not quote screenshots. Describe them or refer to the post number. That will keep this thread much more readable. Thank you all>

I must tell you....that is an insane looking shot. :)
