I cant find the protractor!!

I've searched and found some references to the "automatic crew management" bug, but I can't find a solution or a work-around for it.

Is there one?

OK I know they exist some where in GW but can any one tell me what or how they attack; so far I have had batteries failing to hold charge engines both electric and diesel failing to start when there is a full crew a deck gun won't traverse the failure of engines were at the same time. Don't think I missed an others out. Why me I was good to my mum.:oops:
