More snow for me :yeah: 1/2" per hour for the next 12 hours.:yeah:

The more it snows, the warmer the temps will stay, which translates into the more wood will be left over for next winter.

Layer your clothes and wear a scarf over your mouth and nose. You will be okay. At those temps your warm hands will stick to metal momentarily, so wear mitts/gloves.

Already do, but thanks for the advice ;) .

I was going to suggest that you take an extra few days, but a whole week? Naw, I wont suggest that. But the thought has been planted.:D

I'm off school tomorrow too....that makes a week since it started.

It's getting ridiculous at this point. They're going to tack on a week at the end of the school year now...

+10C yesterday in the UK/North East but spoiled by constant drizzle.

Lionclaw 12-12-13 07:01 AM

The snow that had come, has melted. But very icy roads and paths though. :nope:

Apparently it's warm air from Germany.

It felt like a wall of heat when I went outside, pretty high humidity I guess.

Now it's around 3-4C.

Unusually warm for this time of year.

Just a little chilly -10F this morning at 06:30 hrs and snowing too. Where is the 16" I was promised?:D

Winter here in northern Ontario is when the good sledding is done. Temps below 32*F (0*C for you people on the Celery stick) and lots of snow.
We have two seasons. 6 months of winter and 6 months of road construction.:D

I went Coyote hunting this morning.

It was 5F outside.

The ATV ride down the road was blistering....oh man that was cold.

Perth is expecting 5 days over 37C just in time for the Ashes test.

No...my friend and I could only bear 3 hours.

First the call froze over....then we might have heard another ATV coming on land we might not be supposed to be hunting on so we might have given up the best spot just to avoid conflict.

We also might have been allowed there if this company didn't come in and declare it "dangerous"

They came in and took all this family farmland and swamp area and declared it dangerous....and then they turn around and provide guided hunts on the land for doctors, lawyers, etc...

It's BS.

Anyway, that MIGHT or MIGHT NOT have happened. :O:

I saw tons of tracks all over the place....but no dice on the Coyote.

And dummy here thought we could drive over the same section of ice twice...no....I warned him and the ATV took a bath. :shifty:
