As it happens I finally remembered to take some today.

Here's the exterior:

Here's the kitchen and dinette area:

The door from the dinette leads out onto the patio.

Living room, looking through past the stairs to the dining room:

The den, which will be my office/computer area:

The interior pictures were turning out kinda crappy, so I didn't take that many, except of things I wanted to remember about the room layouts and such. It would all just be pics of empty rooms that look basically the same, lol.

One thing I didn't get a pic of was the windows in the living room, it's a three window deal like in the master BR but it's a bay window thingie so there is a nice ledge about 12", maybe 15" deep. Will make a perfect place for future adopted kitties to sun themselves and have fun knocking over whatever knick-knacks I sit up there. AND YES I WILL GET SOME KITTIES EVENTUALLY and then I will start posting pictures of them so my sad misuse of the interwebs for other, less noble purposes can come to an end. :O:

Regarding the inspection everything went well, only a couple of minor repairs to be made, a couple of things that the condo association needs to know about and take care of, some concern about the age of the water heater and heat pump - which I will compare with what the listing says to make sure there was no false indication of newer equipment - but they are all still working fine, it's just a matter of knowing that they may need to be replaced sooner rather than later. The humidifier needs to be looked at and probably cleaned.

The dishwasher doesn't work at all, but that's not an essential appliance and I'll talk to the realtor about working something out to compensate for that since it was included in the sale as a functioning appliance.

Oh and you will notice in the pic of the back of the unit there is a thing to put a decorative flag in, over to the right of the garage door. I've seen a lot of college flags flown from those things in the neighborhood, we see a lot of Ohio State and Miami and UC flags hereabouts. I'm now wondering if it's at all possible to get a flag with the College of Winterhold emblem on it, because I think that would be hilarious if a neighbor ever asked about it.

Oh wow!

I'm green with envy. Or maybe the gomboo, but that's not important right now. This is so cool. :yep:

Google and you shall receive:

Sadly, now that I look at it, people probably wouldn't ask - they'd just assume I belonged to some bizarre pagan cult and keep their distance. Which... you know... might actually be a bonus to having it. :haha:

Cool. I wouldn't have had a clue. Actually I still don't. That's nothing new.

I seem to recall you had one once, but then for some reason you decided to fill it up with all your spare criminals. :O:

I looked into that and unfortunately my first choice of "wretched hive of scum and villainy" is expressly forbidden by the HOA by-laws. So I guess I'll have to think of something else. :hmm2:

So, that means meth lab is off the table?:haha:

Meth lab, casino, the Subsim All Male Strip Club - where Jimbuna was booked to come over and perform on spring break and holidays - all out of the running. I know you really had your heart set on the latter of the three but the HOA simply will not back down on this issue.

Of course meth lab was never even ON the table for me personally, as I understand that would involve cooking and I'm pretty sure I'll still be well within the La Rosa's delivery area. All that counter space is just for displaying shiny small appliances, fancy kitchen knives, and Le Creuset. Nobody actually expects me to use any of it. :O:

I like your new home, however the curtains need a lot of help

the kitchen floor needs a cleaner surface, easy to take care of I mean,
perhaps large white tiles with a non skid throw rug

the dinning area looks too small ... how about a u-shaped bar add on to the present kitchen bar with a flip up counter top to get to the inside area, if it's just you that is.

bedroom needs window treatment, how about a window storage setee moving the floor vent to underneath the setee at a 90 degree angle

the outside is nice ... I like the second story look especially if you add a fake or real security camera

saftey rail on those steps going up

don't forget to add security alarms with suction cups on those low windows
that can feel vibrations ...

end unit with a garage is a big plus

don't forget the big dog food bowl and water bowl with a large bag of half empty dog food (forget the dog)

you did good girl ... no charge for interior decorating tips :know:

A small FYI...
Condos usually contain four abodes in one building.:)
