Actually that's still way better than the Heintje stuff. I don't mind the yodeling so much and the music was kinda pretty.

I have nothing to say...that left me speechless.

And of course, hypocrite that I am, I said it anyway. :dead:

A little bit to counter the prejudices that danasan and me had spread:
The Germans can perform Christmas songs in a non-schmalzy way!

So here's something a little more meaty:
Jingle Bells

from the same artist, this time without Senor Felize Navidad:
Oh du Fröhliche

Iron Budokan 12-07-11 03:21 PM

Oh joy another Christmas has us by the throats. :yeah:

Not me. I don't even go downtown to look at the lights anymore. I'll be spending my Christmas alone, doing what I always do. And not regretting it one bit. :sunny:

Well that won't stop me thinking of you on the day and raising a toast to those I hold most dear in this community :sunny:

I see you did it... I am not responsible for any damage you might have taken. I have to point out that I love the beautiful landscape in the South. During my time in the army I had to stay there for a while and I really enjoyed myself there...

OK, to calm down the waves a bit: Here is my All-Time-Favourite-Christmas-Song, and it is not from any German Artist:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uey6VktC5ms

If I were honest, I would tell you that I had tears in my eyes while driving 1.000 km back home to my wife and that song was on the radio...
