It's beyond me why anyone would want to go back to sh3. The graphics, the 3d environment, the fast and smooth sh5 game is excellent imho.

The Type II, the Type IX, the Type XXI, the blimps, the running scared in 1944, the 1.7 billion crew names, the ship names, the ability to play without haveing to ask, the ability to play at all in a lot of cirmumstances.

Probably a lot more reasons, the biggest one is that SH5 is still unfinished.

When the DRM is gone I'll buy it. I'll look at it. I'll do what my meager modding abilities allow. And I'll still play SH3 and SH4 until SH5 is complete enough to play the whole war in any u-boat. I'm hoping it will be someday, but until then it's just a fashion model - very pretty but not all there.

I have trying SH5 but return back to SH4.
I don't mean that SH5 is "rubbish" but I wait when it's "ready" :)

Actually I think I'm not ready to it  it takes time to "get in it" ;)

I don't say goodbye to SH5. I let it be somewhile and wait because I know that modders are working with it :salute:

I've seen that myself. I was in the middle of the north atlantic, endless pit of water. I thought I should dive a couple of hundred metres. As I go up again to periscope i was peaking 90 to my side with the periscope before i went to periscope depth. There is a ****ing 50-ton rock floating in "mid-air".
