USS Agusta (Northampton)
 

Hello,

I'm somewhat new to Silent Hunter 3 and have been playing the GWX for quite sometime. I have a quick question for gurus out there, is the USS Agusta or the Northampton class ships avaliable in GWX or stock SH3? Reason I ask is that my Grandfather was on that ship during Operation Torch, and would be cool to see that ship (though I'd have to think twice if I wanted to sink it...):p

My own Grandfather also took part in operation Torch... though I don't know what ship carried him there.

Unfortunately, the Northampton class cruiser and/or her sister ships are not modelled in GWX.

Thanks for the quick reply. Maybe the Agusta could appear in 1.05... :-) I want to take the time and thank you guys for creating such a great mod! The game's really exciting to play especially since I had read both of Clay Blair's (hunters & hunted) books and Iron Coffins. Keep up the good work!

Im not due over there for some time yet. When i get the chance to play and drop in and say hi i will. We have just started are build up training so i wont be around as often as i was before. But you can bet your bottom dollar when i get out there i will move fast and stay low:up:
