Yesterday on the entrance of the English Channel. Weather: Wind 12, light fog, partial overcast.
Convoy sightet.:rock: But I was behind the convoy.:shifty: So I hat to go my way around the convoy and keep contact only on DDs. The DDs where very good in keeping Uboots away from the convoy.:down: The flank keeping DD kept going on nomal speed on changing courses away from the convoy, so I hat to go away to keep him out of sight. But when he was aprox. 10000yds distens from the convoy, and I another 8000yds from him, he speed up to over 30kts and returnt to the convoy. So I hat to go at the highest posibile speed to near the convoy. Every time it costs me many minutes to get the convoy in sight again, one time the convoy changed course away from me as I was at the greatest distance, so I very nearly lost contakt with the convoy. It took me over 4 hours to get around the convoy to get in a good position to dive for a periscopeattack. But it paid of. 2big tankers and an Iron Ore frighter :D with 5 torps. and all of this with 1x time.

I tried to get a enemeyposition every 6 minutes, but because of visual disappierens I couldnt keep my count all the time.
I marked the convoyroute with black and the DD courses with red.
