Actually the building in question contains a whole row of condos, and I do share walls with the people in the next condo on one side. But I'm on the end so I'm not sandwiched in between two other units, and of course there's no one above or below since the units aren't stacked.

I don't care what it is, though, as long as it's mine and there's no yardwork involved. :haha:

I stand to correct myself after looking up the official definition for the word condominium: "apartment house"
Here's your nits. ,,, Feed them to your monkey.:03:

Nitpicking is a communal, socially acceptable behavior that keeps the group free of lice. But, if you wish to be lousy Steve, I won't stop you.:03:

Look at that Frau. You're still living in an apartment. The only difference being, you'll own said apartment after you pay your bank prescribed rent.

So it's a townhouse. :D

Given your penchant for repairs and such, I would have thought you'd like yardwork. :O:

Dang! With a comeback like that I'm gonna have to take back all the bad things I've said about you.

Naw, I'll just blame them on Armistead. :O:

The only downside I can see to that is you still have the Association, who can kick you out whether you own it or not. I can't see Frau doing anything that would precipitate that, though.

A house is not a home, but a home can be a house. If Frau tears down the house, does that make her a homewrecker?

Officially, it's a landominium.

I like repairs that can be done indoors in a climate-controlled environment with minimum exposure to wind, precipitation, bugs, assorted other creepy crawly things and other living beings in general. In short:

I'd wager that she'll soon be the head of the association, thus making herself immune to any and all repercussions.

I instantly thought of the Companions in Skyrim. :har:

Frau will kick out the huntress who she hates...and keep some of who's left them around. Aaaannnd of course Ulfric will join... :arrgh!:

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! :timeout: :nope:

No no no no no they are not putting me in charge of ANYTHING. Then other people would be coming to me with their problems.

I'm not even going to the meetings, it's just too risky.

Except the Harbinger isn't really the leader, so I don't think he/she is invested with that kind of power. Besides it's more fun to cure Farkas, Vilkas, and myself and leave her as the only WW in the whole crew. With that no longer part of the official tradition, she's the odd person out both in the Circle and in the group as a whole and her authority and status are greatly diminished. She's just a sad lonely relic who can't move on with the times. :haha:

Ulfic doesn't need to join, I just marry him or take him as a follower and then he's as much under my thumb as the game allows anyway. He is the most awesome follower, though, especially at high levels.

You seem to be responsible enough to own a house....what's going and sitting in a chair for a few minutes listening to people talk going to do? :O:

Been a while since I played some Skyrim.

You seem diabolical in the way you ruin lives. "You, I don't like you, I'm going to make you an outcast and nobody will like you." :O:

Maybe it's a good thing they aren't putting you in charge of the Association. :o

I can't go any place where responsibilities are likely to be handed out, because someone will hand *me* one. And before my brain has the chance to answer "thank you but no" my mouth will be saying "oh sure I can do that for you." STORY OF MY LIFE. :dead:

Not really. It's not like I set out to do that to Aela, it's just how it turns out because that's the way it goes when you finish the questline and keep taking jobs from the twins. Assuming you cure yourself as well, which I do because I'd never be a WW if it wasn't forced on me during that storyline.

Having her left out in the cold at the end of it all is just a bonus, lol. I have played the questline where I stayed a WW long enough to do her totems quests, just so I could do them the one time, don't think I realized that I'd have her along on those fetch jobs which I hated.

OTOH when I play again I will have modded her character (which is screwed up quite a bit due to her vanilla class assignment) so that she's not quite as useless on those main faction quests where you're forced to do stuff with her. So maybe I won't hate her quite as much when she's not taking a knee after two hits and leaving me to deal with a roomful of enemies.

I'll still hate her though. I have a head canon of my own that explains, at least to my satisfaction, the way that questline plays out and it doesn't put her in a very good light. Or Skjor either, but he has the good grace to die early and not have a voice like an off-key trumpet in your ear.

A comma there would make no sense, or you could say, it would give the statement a whole different meaning:
"Frau Kaleun thinks she found her new home", which is what she actually said vs. " Frau Kaleun thinks,(and) she found her new home", which is not what she said.

I am learning English. My punctuation sucks. "comma or no comma", that is my new running, gag. Sorry!:salute:

Oh, okay. I'm sorry I missed the joke. If there's any way I can help, let me know. :sunny:

Well...that means you're a nice person. The moment you say no, they all hate you because "you always support us and our ideas" :dead: :O:

Try this book. It might work while plundering the dangerous caves of Skyrim. :D

But you're going to build a Skyrim room though aren't you?

...only to have to redo it once the next TES game releases

Why don't you use your infinite modding wisdom to mod Aela into at least a tolerable character?

I married her in my game so I could get free archery training. And now I think my Archery is around 85-90 (all I use is my bow)....but it's been a while since I played. I don't remember what it is.
