Well, I think there's more to fix. I finally got a chance to try the mod, and I'm underwhelmed by the performance of the Standard missiles. Their Kinetic energy seems too low at just above 1,000 knots. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought all versions of Standard were capable of Mach 3.5 flight. In addition, the TASM's fired by ships in my battlegroup seem to always crash into the ocean once they reach a distance over the horizon from the firing platform. Not too good IMO.

The wake homing torpedoes bug has been removed by RA team:yeah:, fix can be downloaded form Redrodgers site. Thanks, this is a big step forward:D

Yes it seemed the impossible bug to remove and it was defeated. :woot:
Well if the guys at Sonalysts don't hire these modders to work on the next game SHAME on them.

Excel document, what is it for?
 
I'm scratching my head trying to figure out what the excel doc. " Shipwreck Employment guide" is for, in the RA Doc file?

I have been really enjoying this mod as of late. Fantastic job:up:

You mean wakehoming now works on human players?

Is that it?

I remember being annoyed so much when knowing wake homing wouldn't work for human players WHEN I play online with a Red submarine. RA has made wake homing much more prevalent in Red arsenal and not being able to use them is like playing with one arm tied to your back. That meant no passive of most Russian torpedoes and the potent 65-56 was useless. Ouch.

I've tried a few single missions both on the us and russian side, on the russian side when I use the anti ship cruise missiles they miss everytime, and sometimes don't even turn towards their target...

the target has been positively ided, then i do a right click on the overhead map, do a "engage with" and fire the weapon..

anything wrong in what I do ??

american tasm and harpoon seem to work fine this way

I read ten times the TLAM Advanced Control ( page 29 ) but i can't understand anything to it ... Someone to help a poor and loste french sailor ?

Installation Instructions
 
Hey sailors, I found some sort of installation instructions, but were in Broken english. I'm just curious where to get the latest download of the RA mod and how to install it. The one I found had like four parts and something about a patch for it. But like I said it was hard to understand. I also read that their is just one single download for it to install. That would be awesome.
P.S. I also have the STEAM version of the game, would that hinder it at all?:up:

I think the C update is not yet out so you need to settle with the 1.31B which is the four part file.

I don't see reason why steam version wouldn't run it. Just make sure to install the mod correctly
