How do you install it?

I tried running the batch file in game directory along with the new file but it always resulted in error.

Edit: Okay I got it.

Just a feedback the physics are certainly different. Now sub can change substantial depth pretty quick irrespective of its traveling speed!

Hi,

Installed DWX Ver 1.3 to a clean DW patched to 1.4
I think I have it installed ok.:hmmm:
I did notice checking the Mig-29K India USNI Ref entry there was no
photo? I did not get a CTD? Do I need that patch to see the photo?
I have the Quick patch Rar downloaded how do I install it?
Is there any thing else I need to install?

Put the 2 files from the quick patch into graphics folder of the game then run the bat file from the patch.

I had a heck of time installing DWX 1.3 I did not get the right subfolder
RA_OPFOR_DWX1_3 installed in Root Directory of DW after about times running the DWX1_3 bat file. I think I have it all installed.

No problem Lane.

I have couple DWX scenarios in subsim download section if you're interested.
DWX came with many converted scenarios and campaigns. But you need to place the file from their default directory after installation. So check your scenario folder and you'll find a few folder inside and move the files in those folder into scenario/ folder

If you're looking for multi player opponent or more people to join feel free to PM me. I can't find anyone willing to play DW online with me. I even asked my cousin but he just wasn't that interested at all. I asked friends too but they are not that interested as well. One played stock DW some time ago but couldn't be convinced to install it back to try DWX(RA).

I have a DX mission I can't get to work? It is the very Last mission listed.

diving test I arrive at dive region ok Dive to 500 meters ok, Test emg surface. Blow the tanks and surface but I never get ok on this part.?

As with the Alfa scenario I don't recall having any problem with it though I can't seem to recall what the mission is all about except it seems to be some kind of Alfa submarine test if I'm not wrong. Have to play the mission again.

Yes that's the mission. Sea trials with the Alfa SSN Class.
When I check the mission Status with ESC Key I get arrived at dive region ok Dive 500 meters OK Then I surface using the emergency blow. then I never see a ok after I surface and recharge the air. checking the mission status:hmmm: I remember I had the same problem with this mission with DWX 1.2.
May somebody from the DWX team could check this.
