I've waited through several mod releases where the developer went without releasing any content for up to a year. Doesn't mean its dead, just means the dev has a life outside of the mod.

Patience. Maybe it's dead but there's a very good possibility its not.

Did these devs you speak of give out updates from time to time? Peabody hasn't said anythimg, not one word in seven months. To me that means dead.

Many forget when some is referred to as "Dev" in the mod group here that it can be indicative of a one man show with no pay and a family.

And so what if it is dead. You haven't lost anything if it is.

For me I say it's alive. When it comes I will try it and see how it works. If it does not come I will not have waisted energy worrying about it.

It takes around 8 hours just to download the Fall of the Rising Sun mod. It took hundreds and hundreds of hours to put it together. All the while having a family and a life to deal with.

It is better to wait and have a reward then to sit and complain and have only warm air in your hands.

Not complaining dude. Don't really care one way or the other if the mod ever gets done. I stopped waiting along time ago. But you would think that This , " Dev " would take a few seconds of his time and perhaps let everybody know one way or the other. So get of the soap box and trying to infer that someone is complaining because I was just stating that this is almost certainly a dead mod.

The FACT is that Peabody will get back to his work when HE feels like it- if ever. Beyond that, nobody knows if this is dead, or simply sitting on the shelf till Peabody feels the urge to do more.

Till then, enjoy the hundreds of mods available- or create one of your own. I am sure that there are a hundred members ready to critique your efforts, your timetable, and your mod... should you actually get it to the point of release. :/\\k:
