Leicester are deservedly top of the league after beating Chelsea 2-1 last night.

Well deserved victory as well, Mourinho is blaming everyone and everything except himself, me thinks the players might be missing getting rubbed down by that female doctor. :haha: Hmmm, I wonder how long he's got left before Romans had enough and pulls the rug from under his feet. :D

Chelsea board of directors discussed the situation this morning but no announcement has been made.

Quote:

Jose Mourinho's Chelsea future is in question following discussions about his position between the London club's board of directors.
Owner Roman Abramovich led the talks after the champions were beaten 2-1 at Leicester on Monday.
It was their ninth Premier League defeat in 16 games and left them a point above the relegation places.
It is not clear whether Mourinho will be in charge for Saturday's home game against fellow strugglers Sunderland.

Most predictable when taking the season so far into consideration....no longer 'The Special One'.

Dutchman Guus Hiddink is in talks with Chelsea about becoming Jose Mourinho's successor.

Chelsea stroll home with a 3-1 victory and the TOON can only manage a drawer to the bottom team at home.

...and the reward for advancing, Barcelona. lol

Well with my rose-tinted glasses on I will say it is a good draw. To win it, you probably have to go through Barcelona so best to get at it early. Beat them and we have confidence, lose and we are able to focus on a title race that is heating up nicely (Arse up 2 - 0 to Man City at halftime as I type this).

That is what I am telling myself anyways :sunny:

Great result for Arsenal last night

Not positive but I detected a hint of a smile from Wenger at the post-match interview :)

Former England international and coach Don Howe has died at the age of 80. The full-back played for West Brom and Arsenal before establishing himself as a renowned coach for club and country.

RIP Sir
