I'd think for a quick shot you could script a Mission to get that shot also.

It's not so hard to create the effect.
What is hard is to have the effect trigger at the proper time.

U-553 started her patrol in BF74, and found nothing during that ninety-six hour search. Started heading north to patrol the west waters off Ireland. Came across a steam trawler flying a British flag.
