That didn't take long. I'll coach da rayderz for a paltry 1 millon.

Yes! I woke up for the last quarter with the game tied 20 to 20 ...

49ers kicked a filed goal making it 23 to 20

Then Eli Manning was able to throw a touch down pass with only 51 seconds left to win the game 27 to 23

If Eli can manage to run the last 7 games (never been done in the history of NFL football) he might be able to keep his job :yep:

Did you hear about the coach of the Cleveland Browns that just got fired?
Cincinnati just hired him back as a coach. I think he use to be their head coach... so nice of them, uh?

Here's a shocker and one I am looking forward to the Rams and KC meet next Monday night on ESPN's Monday Night Football.
The game is suppose to be played in Mexico (in Mexico City), but the field is in such bad shape they might move the game to LA.

Much to the dismay of many Los Angeles Rams’fans, it seems as though each year’s schedule includes a “home” game that winds up somewhere far, far from California. And that is once again the case in Week 11 of the 2018 season as the Rams play “host” to the Kansas City Chiefs at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca.

Given the number of stadiums in Mexico, I'd would have thought there might have been another suitable field somewhere...... I mean a lot of fans from there have bought tickets and such. So much for outreach to the fan base....

To be honest I'm not watching so much NFL anymore.
(And NHL)
The main reason is all those commercial breaks.

I've stopped counting how many there are during a quarter.

Secondly when I do watch a game I do it with no sound.
I only activate sound when a Yellow flag have been raised to hear why.

Me too Markus ... I watch with the sound down to just crowd noise. Some of those commentators don't know what they are talking about and just talk to be talking.
Sometimes I put the remote on hold and fast fwd 30 seconds at a time to the game play by play too.

Thursday Night Football

8:20PM ET Green Bay Packers AT Seattle Seahawks

Both teams have to win ... remember the play off game between these two several years ago with
Seattle taking away a Packers touchdown in the end zone with a controversial take over of the pass?

nikimcbee 11-17-18 08:07 PM

Poor cheezheadz. Probably too high from second-hand pot smoke to play.

and yes it was the greatest Monday night football game ever seen by me at least

We may see them again in the Super Bowl in Atlanta in February, but I think it will be New Orleans and who knows next (maybe the KC Chiefs) :yep:

All three of the NFL's Thursday games this week

NFC North tilt between the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears 12:30 p.m. ET, CBS
could go a long way in securing Windy City's place above the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers heading into December

The second game, between the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins 4:30 p.m. ET, Fox,
just might determine who wins the NFC East.

And the prime-time rematch of the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC,
represents one of the former's final chances at staying alive against perhaps the NFL's hottest offense

The Cleveland Browns haven't won a road game in more than three years, but they still seem pretty confident heading into Sunday's AFC North showdown against Cincinnati.

The Browns are now trash-talking the Bengals, who have won seven straight games against Cleveland. Browns

Who hasn't won seven straight against us? I mean, for the first time in 30 years, the Browns finally have a little swagger to them. They might lose now, but they are playing well. They have a young defense that might develop into something great, and an offense that has the potential to do the same with a couple additions. So let them have a little fun and swagger.

And when asked if the ex coach would help the bengals win, the answer being a simple "No", is the complete truth. It already looks like a different team, deploying different packages, so most of his knowledge wouldn't even apply to current team.
