If only John Terry had shagged Robert Green's bird :hmmm:
Steven Gerrard says, "The whole team is behind Rob Green." In retrospect, that's a good place to stand :DL |
All you England fans go take a short walk outside for a minute whilst I show these nice folk here what we have to put up with in the 'goalkeeper' department :dead:
Rob Green for POTUS :DL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTV80j-ZAZ4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2xqhDat_yw David James (actually the no 1 choice) :o http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUBEsjfJY2g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yqtde...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuZm-...eature=related |

Much better show than I expected, the Black-Whites played such that the Aussies never had a chance. Fast, precise passing, combinations, physical top fitness. More of that, please!
For reasons of fairness one must admit that the red card for Australia was exaggerated, even more so because the player had no yellow before - it should have been a yellow, and not more. The other cards they collected were justified. But even without the red card, the blue players would have had no chance. I am positively surprised, really! :DL If such a performance would be enough against Italy, Brazil, Spain, Argentinia - remains to be seen. And as I predicted - Ballack is not being missed, not at all. The commentator said that responsibility now is evenly shared by everybody instead of putting it onto one clöaimed key player's shoulder only - maybe Ballack's absence even does more good than bad. |

Awful decision by the referee to send Cahill off , should have been a yellow card IMO - killed what was shaping up to be a great game stone dead. And you're right - if England come second in their group they will face Germany (assuming Germany win) *gulp* |
All I have to say... Germans Are going to be NUMBER 1 muhahahaahaa... :yeah:
