Hello makman !

Excuse me, I have two questions again! :D

1.) Check out the two Screenshots at once please:

http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/2536/bild076x.jpg

http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/4753/bild077j.jpg

Is it correct, that at the end of the Horizons is a "white line"? :hmmm:

I have seen this only in the summer months (Ingame-Time), for example in June 1942, not in the winter months.
What do you think? :hmmm:

2.) I think the weather change occurs too often. Every day (Ingame-Time) I had a change of weather, it is not even, for example, three days immediately. Sometimes changes twice a day. Why is this so?

My question: Can you adjust it that the weather changes less quickly?

Thank you for answering my questions!

Best regards,
Magic

hello Magic ,

for 2: weather is still a big 'headache' ! environment are not 100% responsible for this.Stiebler is the 'professor' at this subject so he will be able to give you more infos or advices.although he has 'cured' somehow the problem the weather still doesn't working perfect . if you run M.E.P on gwx3 try the above settings(previous post of mine) in the scene.dat of M.E.P (the other changes that the weatherfix does are allready included in gwx) and look if you have any weather improve .other than that....i don't know

for 1:no this is not happening in M.E.P ! either some mods are conflicting in your installation or you have a corrupted file. redownload M.E.P and reinstall.the following pics are taken on 26/june.the first one is with clear sky and the second with clouds .....the third ....is nothing !!.....just THE canon (and i mean... THE CANON) of the amazing WAC ....just love it

Hello Makman !

Thanks for the answers!

I'm going to download M.E.P. 2.1 again and I´ll try it again.
Then I activated M.E.P. 2.1 MOD as the last, so there are no conflicts.
I then reports on the outcome, okay ?!

Best regards and thanks for everything,

Magic

Hello Makman !

Problem is solved! It was my fault (sorry:oops:). I was accidentally in the Textures (...TNormal\tex) folder, another .tga file that I had extracted with S3D from another environment MOD (Sky_Atl.tga). This tga file has overwritten the file from your MOD.

Thank you for your help,
best regards,

Magic

M.E.P v3 is..... coming ! (i guess a little bit before christmass.....)

what new you will see is :

1. 20km environment
2. tweaks on colors
3. realistic horizon (so far is at a very good level)....deep searching to make it as reality
4. sensors adjustments

Hi Makman !

Great that you still want to release a new version! :yeah:
In my opinion, is M.E.P. the best environmental MOD, which I´ve seen so far !
Since I'm already looking forward to it! Good success for the work on M.E.P. v3

Best regards,
Magic

Oh, yes, I think so!

But I had one wish: Please, could you offer in the V3, a 16km Atmosphere as an addition?

Is there a 20 km upper atmosphere compatible with other Big-Mods (Living Silent Hunter 5.0, WAC4.1)? :hmmm: Because its sensors are still geared to a 16km atmosphere!

Best regards,
Magic

don't worry about the sensors . 'M.E.P v3' will come with its own sensors .
but it will be compatible with only one supermod...haven't decided yet which one

okay, but I´ve a multi installation (GWX3.0, WAC 4.1, LivingSilentHunter) and play different careers with all Super-MODs. And I would to play your wonderful MOD  with all Super-MODs...! :03:

Best regards,
Magic

i am not the one that will set the sensors...so i can't give any further infos on this. when it will be decided with which supermod will be compatible then i will tell you ....but as all this needs a lot of work ....i don't believe that will be any version for other supermods but you never know.....we will see

Tough decision.... my shout would be WAC 4.1.... but if not then please add a 'howto' so we can adapt it to our supermod of preference.... if it's not too much work of course:salute:
