*tapping fingertips on workstation impatiently* Come on, come on, I want to know what's for supper tonight....a traditional English Sunday roast dinner or raw meat. :hmmm:

I hope we get started soon. This should be the most fun I've had in Norway since Operation Wässerbong

Let's say that A, B, and C all agree to lynch someone. If they're all humans, that's four votes. Okay. But under any other circumstance, they'll only get three votes, which means that an outside observer could conclude that one of them is not a human.

Now, given enough time, enough results, enough different groupings, might it not be possible to narrow it down to one of the three, and even conclude if they're a werewolf or a human (not possible to determine specific classes, of course, by this method) through vote-counting/analysis?

On one hand, that could be metagaming. On the other, it wouldn't be realistic to conceal the number of votes cast in total. So how's the voting going to go? Secret ballots, open voting, or something else?

Good point!
Hmmm. voting will be open ballot, let me think over the additional vote thing, that may be tricky.

I have to say, I think it'd be neat if we were able to use the secret vote thing to deduce who is who. That's just at first glance, though, not sure how it would work out in the long run...

Anyways, just my 2 kroner.

Ok, everyone should have a PM from me now with their true identity. If your PM box is full, remove some old PMs and let me know, I will send it again.

Now you may begin the game. I hope you have a great time playing the Subsim Werewolf Hunt.

Game thread: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=147949

Feel free to post questions here.

Ok I have a question for you already Neal

It seems to me that the proper thing for a responsible Oberfeldewebberebble to do right now would be to detail a couple of men to clean up the body and then transport it to someone who could autopsy it. But, we don't have a doctor, so would you provide the autopsy results somehow since you're the moderator or what, do I just make them up?

And, Gefreiter Oberon, I hope that was not an unauthorized use of silver paint.

*hides paint tins*

What silver paint? :03: :hmmm: :salute:

Since you asked, you are hereby granted field medical training.

We have to all be in character right? Can we take liberties to actually be individual? And do the U-bootmen and infantry need to follow the orders of their superiors at all times?

I sent you a PM about that just now, but for all personnel who would be under my "command", I'm not going to try to order you around unless it fits with the story somehow. And even then, I don't seriously expect you to follow any orders.
Acknowledge them or do not, as you wish.

As for me, I will be following the orders of my Oberst and Hauptmann as best I can

Is it day or night in game now?
