I played in a clan for a number of years, as soon as anyone in our ladder found out that our team had girls, well, the claws were out, the standard in the ladder forums dropped and the perves came out to play.

Lets be honest, guys can be most rude to women IRL, why should they have to put up with it in the virtual world as well?

Well at least most of the members here are polite to each other, regardless of gender. Any who do step across the line have been thrown in the brig or kheelhauled for there trouble!
