I decided to attack a convoy in heavy fog and storm on the surface and then race out the back. hydrophone recon told me there were two side escorts both 8km out, no trailing escort it's March 1941 I decide I can get away with it. I did sink 2 ships, and I was well away from the back of the convoy without seeing any ships close to me. Until this shows up
They didn't shout ship spotted until it was actually firing at me at point blank range

Silent Otto method, I think not! :damn:

I did get away and no damage from being rammed, turns out flower corvettes have a top speed of 13 knots in this sort of weather as well, only they turn just as fast so I had to crashdive or be blasted to bits.....

That's when I found out the other one was coming straight for me as well, argh

Thankfully the one in the last picture managed to drop his first DC barrage just a little too late. and I turned the right way.

As you can see, the author of "Pirates of the Caribbean" was inspired by my crew.

@danurve:
Should I call you 'Lt. Cmdr. Matt T. Sherman' then?

Before anyone asks, he's the commander of the sub in 'Operation Petticoat', played by Cary Grant.

Yup, that Bernard. He may not be the brightest bulb in the box, but he is certainly dedicated.
