I've had the 710 model for just over two years, and never had a complaint. Well, except for the bright LED lights being on all the time. Yesterday the microphone stem broke off, which is why I'm replacing it.

Mine is the SA 907 model.

Actually the one I got is for hardwood floors, or vinyl as my floor is. After I ordered it I went back to tag the page and apparently a got the last one they had, as it was no longer available. I looked around and then went back and couldn't find the listing at all. At least mine is on the way.
