Kitchen exhaust, engine room ventilation exhaust (separate from boiler exhaust), the kennel, and unrefrigerated kitchen storage. Depending on the class of the passenger the dogs would either be walked out on the promenade deck, in the halls in steerage, or not at all. That ship was a neat piece of work.

My newest career (let's hope this on lasts) had me sitting around for two weeks. On September 3 (as we all know) Britain declared war on the fatherland. Usually when I do this I wait around for many days before seeing a ship. This time a small 4000-tonner turned up just a few hours after we recieved notice that we were at war. It may be the very first sinking of the war - in my little universe anyway.
One torpedo under the forward cargo hold (we somehow ended up directly in front of him ). http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3..._21154_734.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3..._21558_640.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...211155_156.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...211252_296.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...211313_531.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...211331_812.jpg |

A few pictures from my attack on a small convoy in EC6632 early April 1943. The convoy consisted of 3 merchants and 4 escorts. I attacked the front 2 merchants with 2 torpedoes each from about 5km.
First Hit on Second Target First Target already hit by 2 Torpedoes. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...SecondShip.jpg Second Hit on Second Target http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...SecondShip.jpg Both Hit Ships http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...thHitShips.jpg Second Hit Ship Sinks First http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...dShipSinks.jpg First Hit Ship Sinks http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...tShipSinks.jpg All 4 Torpedoes hit their mark and we got away without being found by the escorts. The convoy continued on with 1 merchant and its 4 escorts. :salute: |
