Give us at least one more patch. 1.3 or you'll never see me for eternity.

Of course, we need at least patch 1.3, if they don't for me it will be like Ubisoft make fun of us :nope:

Ill not be that categorical. I'll not hesitate to buy an ubi game if the quality is okay. Which means I know from boards or friends that no serious flaws are present, or that sufficient patching has taken place.

If Ubi wants to beat EA they REALLY have to start doing some better after-sales support with patches. And invest in QA.

Where's this bloody patch then?

Why do Betty BOMBERS just do straffing runs?

Why do Zero FIGHTERS have more bombs than they could get off the ground with?

Why does it take ages to open the clipboard when i'm weeks into a mission?

What's with the chronometer?

Why if I save my career 2 weeks into a mission with a ship in sight does it take 4 minutes with the "Please Wait" screen on before it starts?

Why can I fire the deck gun under water in a heavy sea, when the crew have more sense than to man the gun?

Why is it a flat calm when I save the game and a storm when I load it?

Why did I spend £35 on a beta version?

I purchased the grand delux version, one of the 3,000, as soon as it was available. The metal box sits beside my desk ... awaiting a final patch to make the game 'all that it can be,' to quote someone's recruiting slogan. Let's see it happen.

Yes please; come out with patch 1.3. This game, I, like everyone else, have been waiting for, for so long....But it has more bugs than a Tennessee ant hill. When you fit for SD radar, where do you find it? and how does it work????? Don't fit with twin AA guns, if you do your head is stuck in a bulkhead with no view, while the aircraft attack. One of my favorite pastimes in SH3 was the sound room and radio room. What happened?? Obviously the sound of distant propellers were not important to the U.S. Sub's? The sound room (sonar), radio room, and radar room are gone in this game as far as I'm concerened. All you can do there is look around. Nothing is functional as far as I know.
This is an OK game, but could have been a Great War Sim. I find myself back at SH3 playing it. (thanks to the Grey Wolves).
One last thing, everytime I try to change the realism settings, (in port mind you) they don't take. The only way they work is with a complete career restart??? Please wake me when this game is fixed. It's to bad the company makes all the money on an incomplete release, and it takes the mod maker comunity to correct the many problems.

Adding my name to the cause.....let's go with that patch folks. Don't leave us languishing in the wilderness

this is a destroyer that was sinking and it went right thru the sub.

stuff like this needs to be fix,we need the patch right now!

...its impossible that Ubisoft can do it worse than EASports and I hope they confirm that with the release of a new patch!!!

I'm a fan of the Silent Hunter subsims and I own a copy of the latest release, Silent Hunter: Wolves of the Pacific. I agree that it is in need of another patch, at least to address the issues mentioned in the original post, and to further polish the game to bring it back up to the standards that this fine franchise of subsims is known for.

I. along with the many other dedicated subsimmers here, respectfully request another patch to Silent Hunter 4 (Wolves of the Pacific). Thank you.

Please UBISOFT, finish Silent Hunter IV!
It would be a shame, if such a great series of games would end like this... unwanted and forgotten by the developers. The community thinks to have been fooled by UBISOFT and many have lost faith in the company. DO NOT LET THEM BE RIGHT!
There are still many people out there who believe in the completition of SH4, who love this game and who want it complete, as they have paid a complete price for this product!
