Currently using stock 1.4. Is the correct file for that what I have listed below?

RSRD_V350_for_V14

Quick question for ya Lurker...

I was sent to patrol the Marianas-Truk shipping lanes in Jan '44. Just northeast of Chi Chi Jima I picked up two ships on radar. When I closed to visual I couldn't believe my eyes. A Taiho Escort Carrier and a Heavy Crusier! :arrgh!: Anyway as I began the plot I noticed that they both were only doing 5 kts. They also had no destroyer escort. Obviously they were easy pickings.

Did you intend this? Would such high value warships be unescorted in Jan 1944? Why were they only going 5 kts. If I were them I would be zig-zagging at top speed.

Here is my mod list:
REL_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_15B
RSRDC_TMOv15_V371
RSRDC_V371_Patch7
ROW PE3 Install #1
ROW PE3 Install less floater
PE3_1 Sky and reflection controls and textures
PE3_1 Ship_debris_SH4_fixed_with bodies
ROW Sound Effect v_9
NSM4 classic
NSM4 Realistic Torpedo Malfunctions

Thanks in advance.

7 February 1944:

IJN spotted!

Finally with the new mod the IJN is there, just sunk two destroyers, with just TMO I'll be darn if I could find them or if they could find me! Things are working more like SH3 now; sunk a merchant and 15 minutes or so later two destroyers came searching for me, things are getting better! Nice work and thank you!

My crew needs EYES UBI!

Just wanted to try this mod out too, I went for a mission in my career, which was started from a stock career campaign. When returned to base, I wanted to see where, I would be sent next time, when I read an error. Huh? :o

So, sorry for not reading through all 45 pages in this thread to see if anyone else have had this problem, and thus I ask: what is wrong here?

Screencap of problem plus image of mods used:

I think that's where the problem lies. You need to start a new career.

I am humbled, sir! I never thought that you had such detail in RSRD. Little did I know that I had stumbled on a piece of history. Although in my reality both ships didn't make it to Yokosuka! :arrgh!:

I am using the RSRDC for 1.5 stock with Environmentl Effects 4.4, and when I try to enable EE4.4 it says it will overwrite some sim files in RSRDC...since I thought your mod was mostly for the campaign do you think this is okay...anyone else use these mods together and can recommend an order to install them...something is going to get overwritten, just not sure which files would be better to have over others...thanks.

Newbee question...

After playing only SH2 for the past several years (due my laptop spec limitation), I am excited to finally be able to play SH4 (on my new laptop)!!!!

Can anyone point me to where I can find the RSRD 1.4 version that will work with my stock game (patched to ver 1.4). I read through this forum but did not see any links to the 1.4 RSRD version. After I learn the ropes (which may take a while), I would like to try the modded RSRD campaign.

If the old RSRD 1.4 is no longer available, can I us the RSRD 1.5 version on the Stock SH4?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
