I downloaded this mod but when I fire up the game all I get is a black screen with Please wait. Any insight as to what I can do to get thhis to work??

Please provide more information, like your game version and what other mods you're using (if any) and their install order. Also, does this happen in single mission, in career mode, when loading an old save...? Help the mod makers out, people, not all of them are psychics ;)

ctrl , alt , del and look on the desktop to see what the little message says .

Bad Weather & Fog Slight ghosting of Crew in Fog but I can live with that:up:It.s what You want out of the Sim and I,m happy with the Combo hope this will help you to decide if it,s for You

Only thing I have against this mod is that the water oftentimes looks to choppy and not smooth as PE3. But I can live with this. What's this about a combo? How do you do that?

Download EE 4.5 take out all FOLDERs leaving only Scene.dat file before you apply with JSGME as normal.

Hi, W_clear. :) I was redownloading mods because I'm a fool :oops::damn: and noticed EE 4.5 has ballooned to over 100MB. Can I ask, what is new that makes the mod so big? I tried to look at the Readme, but it was not readable. This is all I get:

In other words, just pull out the Scene.dat file from the EE MOD and enable that single file...simply overwriting the scene.dat in PE 3? Or, just open the PE MOD and replace the scene.dat file. Actually, that is what you are doing, I think. That is, you are simply replacing/overwriting that one file in the enabled PE3 MOD.

Yes, exactly. He's replacing the scene.dat file from PE3 with the one from EE4.5.

It was late at night and I installed an older version of the mod, not the current version like a noob.

Uninstalled the game, fresh install, all works great now.

Question: There is no downloadable EE 4.5 MOD. The first post in this thread shows only 4.4 and 4.4a. Can you clarify where the correct Scene.dat file is located?

Gunfighter, I am going to try the combo PE and EE cause I have found some advantages and drawbacks in each ones. Maybe a combo would be interesting? So you have installed PE and then, only keep the scene.dat of EE and installed over PE?..

yes that's correct only Scene.dat remove all other folders from EE 4.5:up:
