Two days ago I made a donation of 4,50 € via paypal to paypal@subsim.com and sent a mail to subsim@subsim.com with the paypal transaction number and my nickname in the forum

What should I expect now?

recurring subscription problem
 

Hello everyone.

I've made a subscription a few years back and but haven't been online for a while. I just logged back in and it says i'm not a donor anymore. My name is not in the top corner and i can't download any mods . Last payment that left my paypal account was this month.

Any help would be much appreciated

How do I go about unsubscribing from the donation? I've been doing a $5 donation for a few months but life situation has changed and I can't really play much at least for awhile.
