@Steve. I have a different view, humans are stupid, it is what humans are, acknowledging that is a basic step, people who don't think they are stupid are unable or unwilling to take the first basic step at addressing and living with their natural state.

Everything is relative, my son.

In some ways I agree with you, and sometimes I think the world can safely be divided into those who admit it and those who don't. :sunny:

Actually I was thinking of the '60s British youth culture, in which the two leading groups called themselves 'mods' and 'rockers'. In the film A Hard Day's Night Ringo Starr is asked "Are you a mod or a rocker?" Ringo answers "I consider myself more of a 'mocker'."

Both Beatles movies directed by Richard Lester are full of that kind of humor.

What would Jesus do, I don't now, but He would not make a political statement, and He would not judge the rich. :yeah:

the rich are free to spend, hoard or give as much as they like, the poor will always be with us.

seasons greetings and good will to you all.

Not trying to start a thing with you, but that is pretty much the opposite of what he said.

A lot of people including myself for many years thought this way as well. Exsample Jesus was not Judgeing the Pharisees when He had a pop at them by calling them hypocrits, because they were hypocrits.

When I read these verses again after my mistake was pointed out to me by a kindly man, I saw that just about everything Jesus spoke was not judgement, but statement, the exact opposite of politics, so don't worry about starting a thing with me. :har: maybe Jesus will make a disciple out you yet and greater things will you do.:yeah:
