What would we need to do this ourselves? It sure seems like a lot of work for a few individuals to take upon themselves, especially with the constant updates to the flag tallies. Are there any Photoshop templates you are willing to share? I have a Photoshop CS2 at work and wouldn't mind trying to make my own emblem and adding flags, but skinning is a little beyond my artistic abilities (I've tried before and it sucked:D ).
