A thing about the conning tower/sail:
Isn't there supposed to be 2 twin 20mm guns on the upper gun deck then either a quadrupple 20mm or a single 37mm cannon on the lower deck.

Now there's only one twin 20mm guns and the upper gun deck is supposed to be larger in VIIC/41 so that it can house 2 twin 20mm guns.

anyone?

Great mod,

One question though, I'm using HT 1.47 and it seems that there is already a folder named SS_VIIc/41 or something like that included in Harbour Traffic. Will enabling your mod cause any corruption with the original game files?

In game its even more fantastic...

The boat is perfect detaille is expectacular..

I-m using it, my favorite...

It should be fine

normaly it just overwrites it...

there should not be a problem with it...
there is no problem with it on my game

Interesting, I've installed the boat using the JSGME method (copying the Submarine and Textures Folder in a new folder placed in MODS and enabling it). The Readme said that this method would replace the stock VIIc as well as the old VIIc/41 with Coblat's version. However, after I started a new career in 1942, I still seem to have the old VIIc (without the higher bow and the 4 mine shafts)...

Any ideas?

i just replace the game's data folders... copy it to the file (usualy it is in a lot of files starting with data) over the data folder of SH3. it gets in place automaticaly and then it should work :yep:

I'm still struggling with how to enable this via JSGME:doh: "inside the included folder U41MOD/DATA" where?I don't see it,I really need help on this one cause it looks a brilliant mod and I don't want to miss out;)

bigboywooly 05-11-07 10:36 PM

I just D\L this to check
There is a folder missing which is why it doesnt enable through JSGME

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\MODS\CobaltsVIIC41

The next folder should be data then the Submarine and Textures folders

add your own data folder in then put the Submarine and Texture folders inside it and should work

So it reads

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\MODS\CobaltsVIIC41\d ata then Submarine and Texture

What's the four extra hatches for? Is it for storing food for long trips or used for commando operations?
