Irish1958 - no it will not work with the 8km mod afaik. I hope your not "restricted" to be handicapped to that :oops:

And the V3 will be done in a couple of days. Fine tuning of the added sheets are done these days.

Im allso pondering if i should change Attack periscope back to x1,5/x6 and OpsPeri to x1/x4 and UZO on x7 and then up the Bino to x10 from x8. To me it feels better and more real to have the right zooms in the peri. And having x10 on the bino you can still see those ships at the good range.

I just made cleaner dials for this mod collection. Use JSGME to enable them overtop of the originals.

Hi Mav...

Quote:

As for the switch from autoupdate to manual - yes you have to change to the F6 AttackMap page every time you need to flip that - its a thing that the original mod allso lacks and that i have no skills in fixing (i dont think it can be fixed actualy), anyway, sorry no dice there.
In NYGM you use CTRL-T to switch between Auto and Manual. This is also featured in Ducimus's lite version of the slide out TDC. If you speak to Ducimus he might be able to tell you how its done.

Failing that, i'll have a look tonight and see if I can find the required bit of code.

Cheers, Hans.

put this string in your commands_en.cfg file

[Cmd131]
Name=Toggle_TDC_autoupdate
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x54,c,"CTRL T"

8 Km Modification

Mav, Any chance of modifying the mod in next version to accommodate those of us with slower computers who have to use the 8 Km atmospheric variation, or offer a JSGME option to use the 8 Km?

Mav87th 01-16-07 06:17 PM

Über Gruber and Geralt - thanks a lot - consider that changed. But i did meen the graphical interface of the switch. The shortcut is described in the TDC slideout mod read me BUT i missed that in the modcollection build. :damn:

Irish - im not sure it works as i have not tested it. It could very well be that you could have it working. I dont see any file collitions... BUT do be in harbour when changing from 16 -> 8 km mod...

I just made updated 3-D Version of the dials. It came out pretty good.

Check it out here:

Hi,

nice work MAV, but you should fix the stealthmeter to position: "Pos=450,0,141,145"
the icon will be not in the msg menu.
Maybe its ok when you dont use High Res SH3, but the position i wrote works fine at High Res.

Greetings

Gabriel

I have only two little problems with this mod, im using Gwx and the issues are the pointers of the fuel batteries and Co2 gauges are no longer black but are in a pale grey. The other issue is that i can barely see the side bar and the console when im in the navigation map. How can i fix these?

Wow, FileFront just can't wait to delete stuff anymore. I've finally lost faith in that place. What a shame.

Yes Bro but when these post were posted all was good

Ok, 2 1/2 years I guess is long enough.

But then explain my FileFront account. Last week everything got wiped out, and I didn't even receive the deletion que notice they normally send a few days before. :hmmm:

I spend a month with email going back and forth to their support (a week after that Ziff Davis/Original Founders takeover stuff) telling explicitly that the notice never came through, and my deletion queue was empty all the time. Then they respond I can select my qeued files from being deleted going to some link in the email they sent. :damn: :damn: :damn: :damn:

After they managed to understand the issue they said they are working on the issue. The next deletion que warning did come through to me. But the one after itr didn't. The biggest files were gone once again without notice.

Thank god for Neal's download feature. Oh wait, Thank Neal!!!! Or is he one and the same??? ;)

Your quite correct....it doesn't seem to occur since the sites recently changed ownership.

I check both my accounts regularly and often catch them just a matter of days away from file deletions.

I checked my original account after reading this thread and found everything had been deleted......fortunately my GWX2.0 onward account is still intact.

I'LL BE WATCHING THAT ONE LIKE A HAWK FROM NOW ON!! http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...ies/pirate.gif
