Absolutely beautiful and professional quality work!

When I saw the SHV trailer I immediately noted that it was not as good as
Tomi's work and smiled. The SHV devs are professionals; there time is limited and they have no special love for their work. Tomi is no professional and it shows in his work. the exquisite and painstaking detail can only be the work of someone with enough passion to do it for free in his spare time and without deadlines and time efficacy concerns. Stunning as always Tomi. Bravo. |

but don't forget, the ubi devs have to do
3-4 different u-boat types with complete interiors in a very short time. |

Quite so. And their work is not a labor of love like Tomi's. |
Hello there , I am sorry about this , Timo send me over two weeks ago some more photos about the Vesikko , and I was busy somewhere else , I hope Tomi can give those extra photos to the GWX3/4 Team to help them to improve even more the details of the Type II U-Boot , thank you Tomi :yeah:

Sure, but however passionate a dev is about his/her work, they are limited by professionalism. Generally, professionals can't devote more time to their work than they are paid for. Doing so in a formal employer/employee relationship is usually unprofessional and can lead to all kinds of problems. Then when I am working I have to use my time efficiently. A professional makes the work fit in to the time; an amateur makes the time to fit the work in. It's the reason great artists, as a rule, are self-employed. |
