In Commander, under Career Options, make sure 'Use real ship names in patrol logs' is checked.

The information will not show up in your SH3 Patrol Log during the patrol. After the patrol is finished you must generate a Personnel File in Commander. Then you will see the ship names and information in the Commander personnel file and in your game log when you reopen it.

There are two mods 8 and 16 km

Also in the Maik´s Files. Search for "Han Solo". Called "WAC Real Atlantic" (8 k) and WAC 16k, you need both for a 16 k environment (16k is a patch over 8k). In Maik´s Files you have the versions with underwater green.
