Someone has to reach in from behind and try to push the rocket forward while you press the trigger repeatedly.....preferably someone who got a better MRE for lunch than you did.

edit- if it doesn't work and the rocket falls out the front you can use it as a terrifying club, or a nice conversation piece for the living room.

Nope, but after a while the water becomes ionized ennough to become conductive, using vegetable oil is a safer solution, though even that will putrify with time.
