I am slightly confused.
At a time when your government is talking of great future growth for the youth in sport due to the legacy of its inspirational olympics it is announcing that it is increasing the sales of more schools sports facilities to property developers.
That is what gets me confused, I though Maggie had already sold them all back in the 80s when she made her "miracle" property bubble.
