Using the steam version with the generic patch. The installation seemed fine, when I am in game, the depth/speed indicator controls at the bottom of the left do nothing if I click on them. Is that normal, because shortcut keys work, but none of the actual ui does.

7. Make sure to provide as much details as possible when describing situation where problem/bug/CTD can be observed. What should we do in order to reproduce this issue?


Installer runs for 3-5 seconds then crashes with no message. A JGME exe appears in the file along with a few mod folders but nothing else. I am running as administrator and SH5, Steam, Uplay, or Ubisoft Connect are not running. Windows defender/ anti virus is switched off. I have retried with fresh game install several times and have followed the instructions to the T with no luck.

It doesn't work for me. I do everything that you do including yes setting ubinconnect to start in offline mode after ive launched the game once and verified with ubisoft connect. I very painstakingly follow the PDF. The same thing happens every attempt. The installer runs for 5 seconds then crashes.

I'm not at all sure where the hostility is coming from nor did I ever claim that I'm "Hard Core" I was simply asking which mod pack provided the best simulation experience. I think I very clearly stated realism was my main concern and not difficulty. If English is not your first language of comprehension you may have missed that but I cannot help you there. I will double check your suggestion when I get home from work but thanks for the reply.
