Only at first start of a career I have to reduce every time the sailors, because there too many on the submarine. I think there are always 3 to much on it.
I usually start my career in september 1939 with the 7th flotile... just if you want to knwo. :03:

I leave "Already in SH3" in the crew option in SH3Cmdr. If I change to realistic I have the problem of "Too many sailors"...No problem with "Already in SH3" with Type VIIC and IXB.

Ah ok i see now… Fitz is right, DO NOT use the realistic crew option in Commander! (Those files have never been adjusted to fit NYGM correctly)
Furthermore I’m not sure they are really realistic :D
I might simply neutralize them.

Just to let you know, I have solved the sound bug when leaving the hydrophone station (sometimes a kind of shuffle sound kept going on) :yeah:

Will be available very soon with others cool stuff and adjustments (probably tomorrow)

I'm interested on how you solved this sound problem. Sometimes, I can still hear the sound of the bow splash in the command room, as if I was cruising on the surface, although I'm fully submerged.... :doh:

NYGM EH VERSION 2.2 IS OUT!
(Should be bunker save compatible)

- Had to delete the NKSS_Laker for compatibility with others ships
- Backed up the regular NKSS (but enhanced)
- Many adjustments
- Added the Sperrbrecher as harbor escort
- Added others ships missing
- Fixed the hydrophone sound bug
- Fixed the few non moving ships when spawned (like some British torpedo boats in AN55)

Side note: for next update, according to historical testimonies, i will try to add the British warships blocus to French harbors in 44... :03:
Remainings U-Boats leaving French harbors had to escape and go through this tough destroyers blocus.
I don't remember seeing this in any super mod...

it's really cool.. the more updates there are, the better it is.. there are real follow-ups.. thank you for the relentless quest that you lead on this mods..
a must, nothing to add, the work is so fantastic...
I don't even dare to think of the hours.. days.. to go through such subjects..
Fifi the UBoat phenomenon of modding on Subsim...
all Fifi's "remasters" came out on top.. Dark Waters CCOM12 LSH2020 NYGM ...

There is a problem with the naval academy... I start the mission in the game I just watch with the free cam then I escape from the game...
the mission is validated excellent when I didn't even do it...!!!
good after for me it's not dramatic but it's not normal..
It's still strange that you improve certain aspects of the game and that this kind of problem appears, but who knows...

Now I congratulate you for the management of light in the game...
You should have been part of the "developer" branch because you totally understood how light works. As well as the reflection on the water.. the textures.. the weather..etc
after all these years...incredible.. "Fifi the phenomenon" when I tell you...

Here facing the light the ships form beautiful shadows it is difficult to distinguish their color .. impossible without binoculars it is excellent ..It's top for manuel reco

The naval academy is not part of my mod… it’s stock vanilla game!
(You can check my download there is no naval academy files)
